• Medical User

  Corresponds to the doctor or person who creates clinical records. This user is entitled to the functionalities specified in their quote. (Additional clinical record functionality has a one-time cost of $70, in any plan). PROFILEABLE.

• Temporary Medical Users

  These are users who do not exceed 5 days of medical care per month, with unlimited daily attention. They have access to the virtual agenda, Google Calendar integration, clinical records, and in the case of dentistry, access to odontograms.

  This type of user does not include customizations or digital signature. A maximum of 3 can be gifted per client. The additional cost is $15 USD for the annual license and $25 USD for the lifetime license.

• Unlimited Administrative Users

  Corresponds to the person who does not attend to patients or create clinical records. This profile is mainly for administrators, accountants, assistants, nurses, receptionists, aides, secretaries, and similar roles. PROFILEABLE.

• Customizable Clinical Records

  The client is allowed to adapt this format according to their preference. For a better understanding by our support team, it is preferable that the client provides us with the format they currently use, whether in Excel or physical form. CUSTOMIZABLE.

• Unlimited Cloud Storage

  No additional cost for storage. The client can save all types of image and video files without worries, as there are no limits on the number of clinical records, patients, or attached files.

• Unlimited Branches/Locations

  No additional cost. CONFIGURABLE and offer the option to filter reports and individual information for each branch, regardless of its location or quantity (under the same company name). We grow with you!

• Intelligent Virtual Agenda Integrated with WhatsApp and Google Calendar

  Intelligent virtual agenda available in different formats for every need; just choose the one that best suits your operations. We are integrated with WhatsApp to reduce patient no-shows and better organize your time. It allows confirmation notifications, appointment rescheduling, and timely cancellations, as well as other notifications, adjustments, and reminders from the software. Includes mass messaging via WhatsApp to stay closer to your patients and keep them informed. If Google Calendar is your style, we also have integration for you. • Confirmations, Alerts, Reminders, and Notifications via WhatsApp and Email

• Unlimited Telemedicine Adapted to Law
