This is only charged for those who use clinical records and/or directly treat patients and have an assigned position in the agenda. It does not apply to nurses, secretaries, receptionists, administrators, and similar roles, as these profiles are free. Discounts may be established based on the salesperson's criteria and the number of users to be purchased.

Data Migration

Free if data is in Excel or TXT format. For other formats, the cost is from $50 to $99 USD. (It is necessary to request the name of the client's current software and indicate if it is a cloud or locally installed solution).

The cost varies between free, $50 USD, or $99 USD. (It is necessary to request the name of the client's electronic invoicing provider).

Electronic Invoicing with Us

Colombia (DIAN): Package of 500 documents for 650,000 COP, no expiration date. Includes enablement. Renewals (second package onwards): approx. 450,000 COP.

Ecuador (SRI): Package of 1000 documents for 150 USD, no expiration date.

Peru (SUNAT): 700 Soles annually (Integration via NUBEFact: see prices at https://www.nubefact.com/precios). Note: Integration can also be via TXT/JSON for other providers.

Guatemala: Managed through an alliance with the Chamber of Commerce (Contact: Mrs. Flor).

UPDATES

Type 1 (Free): Improvements and Adjustments. These are carried out frequently to optimize, maintain, improve, and update existing functions. These are free.

Type 2 (Additional Cost - Lifetime License Only): Legal/Regulatory Updates. These are directly required by regulatory bodies and decreed in resolutions. They are adjusted in the system according to the development department's schedule. However, the client, in some cases, must request them if they are very specific to an area or specialty, attaching support of the resolution. The responsibility for being aware of and requesting these specific updates lies with the client, not the software or the company.

Type 3 (Additional Cost - All Licenses): New Features and Innovations. These are carried out 3 or more times a year and do not affect the base functionality of the acquired subscription or license. They correspond to new functions, innovations, modules, accessories, or automations that keep the software at the forefront with the latest technologies and advancements. Client opinions are taken into account for their development.
